TheSorryGirls: Thrifted Makeovers for Personal, Practical Rooms
Main focus
TheSorryGirls reshapes basements, bathrooms, entryways, closets and apartment corners through makeovers, thrifted furnishings and DIY décor. Storage ideas and IKEA-based updates keep the focus on making dated or compact rooms feel more personal and functional.
Why it matters
Refreshing a cramped entryway or giving a rental a stronger sense of personality gets plenty of visual inspiration here. The blend of room transformations, secondhand finds and storage-minded ideas offers adaptable starting points for everyday spaces.
Style
Longer room transformations sit alongside short visual project highlights, moving from broad design direction to visible before-and-after changes. The tone is accessible and idea-led, with thrifted pieces, décor choices and practical layout considerations shaping the projects.
Consistency
Basements, bathrooms, entryways, closets and apartment spaces anchor a broad but coherent home-project range. Recent uploads mix longer transformations with concise visual highlights while maintaining the same décor and functionality focus.

Editorial note
Treat measurements, finishes, tools and mounting choices as prompts to adapt to your own room; check product instructions, current building requirements and rental permissions before altering a space. Paid placements merit independent product comparison.
